You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and ensuring that your listings and messages are lawful and appropriate. Do not post misleading or fraudulent content.

3. Listing Guidelines

Landlords must provide accurate listing details, including price, location, and media. Listings are limited to 10 images and 2 videos (max 50MB each). Mtukati System reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the platform for illegal activities, harassment, or spamming. Automated scraping or unauthorized access is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mtukati System is not responsible for disputes between tenants and landlords or for the accuracy of listings. We provide a platform for direct communication but do not guarantee outcomes.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms. You may delete your account via the profile settings.
